Leena Inderdeo is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Vision Consultants, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to helping business owners, executives, and leadership teams transform vision into measurable results.

With nearly two decades of executive leadership experience spanning business operations, operational excellence, organizational transformation, and strategic execution, Leena has built a reputation for bringing clarity to complex challenges. Throughout her career, she has successfully led enterprise-wide initiatives, improved operational performance, built scalable business systems, and partnered with executive teams to drive sustainable growth.
